Learning Disability Wales sometimes needs to know people's personal information. We only collect this type of information if it is essential information. We use electronic forms to collect information about you (including your e-mail address and mobile phone number) and it is up to the user ("you") of the Learning Disability Wales website ("the Website") if you want to complete such forms
