Proposed Carers Strategies (Wales) Measure
As part of its Stage 1 consideration, the National Assembly for Wales’ Legislation Committee No.5 is calling for evidence on the general principles of the proposed Carers Strategies Measure. The proposed Carers Strategies Measure will enable the National Assembly to legislate to introduce a new requirement on the NHS and Local Authorities in Wales to work in partnership to prepare, publish and implement a joint strategy in relation to carers.
