Karen Warner and Kai Jones - Information Officers (Job Share)

Information: specifically website, Llais, Llais Update, information systems, in-house information, annual report, research, marketing of publications, accessible information, copy writing.

Joanne Moore - Human Resources and Committee Co-ordinator

Line Management of secretarial team, personnel, policies and procedures, servicing and support of the Management Committee, quality assurance, IT.

Rebecca Williams - Resources Co-ordinator

Finance, grant application and administration, marketing, membership, office management, equipment purchasing, IT.

Cheryl White - Secretary

Secretarial support, reception, database, office admin.

Ian Cullimore - Finance Officer

Finance management, payroll and budgeting for core and project activities.

Pauline Moss - Finance Administrator

Financial administration assistance to Finance Officer.

Simon Rose - Training and Events Manager

To take a strategic lead in developing, promoting and managing a range of training and event opportunities that meet the needs of LDW members and other corporate organisations.

Rebecca Watkins - Events and Sponsorship Co-ordinator

To provide full administrative support to the Training and Events Manager in administering, organising, marketing and seeking sponsorship for Learning Disability Wales events and consultation seminars.

Shirley Hendrickson - Training and Events Administrator

Administrative support to the Training and Events Manager.

Nicola Pepper - Director's Personal Secretary

To provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director, and secretarial support to the Management Committee.

Helen Bothamley - In Control Events and Admin Co-ordinator

Provides administrative support to assist the Assistant Director and the In Control Steering group in administering, developing and promoting the In Control project.

Supporting NEWSA by developing an information service, assisting with the arrangement of local and regional events and supporting the promotion of NEWSA through attendance at conferences, local advocacy groups and regional events.
