Having a Say
Having a Say is a brand new interactive CD-Rom for local authorities and progressive organisations who have the responsibility for developing and delivering services for people with learning disabilities.
The easy to navigate CD-Rom provides an informative introduction to including people with learning disabilities in the planning of services. The CD-Rom features audio interviews with a service user, a service provider, an advocate and a trainer of Person Centred approaches as they explain the benefits of participation.
There are sections on Person Centred Planning and Accessible Information with links to useful resources. It is designed to support organisations planning services and can be used as a tool for training and information.
