Graphic recording for meetings is a means of making information accessible and inclusive for all present at the meeting. This is a practical workshop, providing you with the opportunity to experiment and practice your skills, enabling you to take this method of recording and use it in future meetings that you take part in.

Course Aims
This is a one day course which aims to give participants the skills and confidence to develop a useful set of images to make information more accessible in a meeting environment.
This method of recording has been used a lot in person centred planning, but can be used in any meeting setting where information needs to be recorded for a diverse group of people with varying communication abilities.

This course is designed for people who are looking to make their meetings more accessible and interesting for everyone.
No artistic talent required!
After the course participants should be able to:
- Record in a quick, accurate and accessible way
- Encourage people to make contributions in a creative way
- Allow people to edit your recordings and point out inaccuracies
- Produce an accessible and permanent record of all meetings
- Pick out conversations, moods and emotions
